A deeper truth

There’s a deeper truth than the shallow veneer we’ve settled for.
There is far more going on than meets our eye (and heart).

Like a pando tree, the roots of the universe run vast and deep.
Manifesting.
Blooms in a vast meadow.
Wild. Diverse. Abundant.

Down the stem of ourselves, we find the source.
We are not the source. The source is us.
Dig deeper. Find the universe within you.
Don’t settle for the surface.

The life we crave is like a diamond:
Sought with desperate, dirt-blackened hands.
Proof of life is struggle.
Don’t settle. To settle is a living death.

Push,
dig,
seek,
chase — until you run out of breath and skin.

This is no dress rehearsal.

Now is all we have, now is all we are.
